Coumba Kane
Partner & Principal
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and finance, Coumba brings deep expertise to group therapy practices. Before co-founding AmplifyFinances, she spent nearly a decade at Ernst & Young (EY), managing audit and finance projects for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Coumba also served as Finance Director at Kaiser Permanente, where she led a team of consultants providing accounting and compliance services for revenue cycle and claims management. ​She holds a Master's in Business Administration and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
Thomas Dubois
Partner & Principal
Thomas specializes in accounting and financial management for architecture, design, and project-based firms.
With over 15 years as a management consultant, he has extensive experience in project-based finance and has helped structure organizations for optimal efficiency and sustainable growth. In 2016, Thomas founded a company and served as its CFO for six years, scaling it to a 7-figure business and leading it through a successful acquisition. He is a PMP-certified project manager and holds a Master's in Business.
