With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and finance, Coumba brings deep expertise to group therapy practices. Before co-founding AmplifyFinances, she spent nearly a decade at Ernst & Young (EY), managing audit and finance projects for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Coumba also served as Finance Director at Kaiser Permanente, where she led a team of finance consultants providing accounting and compliance services for revenue cycle and claims management. She holds a Master's in Business Administration and is a Certified Internal Auditor.

In 2016, Thomas founded a company and served as its CFO for six years, scaling it to a 7-figure business and leading it through a successful acquisition.
